What printing method do you use?
The printing method we use is called ‘Direct to garment’ -or DTG- printing. This technique uses modified inkjet technology in order to apply the ink directly to the textile.
Compared to other printing methods, DTG printing delivers very high quality results and great durability.
In which format, size and resolution should I upload my designs?
You need to upload your designs in PNG or JPG format.
The optimal printing resolution is up to A3 in size and 1650 width pixels by 2400 pixels height. The file should not exceed 20MB.
The artwork is automatically generated from the design you provide, so the sizing is decided by you. We do it exactly as your design, and don't alter it in any way. Do note that the maximum area is the one shown when you upload your artwork. Before you add an item to your store you will see a preview.
Will the colour look exactly as it does on my screen?
All monitors are different, and show colours differently. We will do our best to reflect the colors in our garments as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee an identical match at all times. A slight colour variation might depend on your individual computer settings (brightness, contrast etc).

Washing tips
In order to assure a long-lasting quality of your garment, you should turn it inside out before washing, wash with cold water at 30 degrees or less, do not bleach, do not tumble dry, do not iron directly over the printed area.
